1. Who we are
TT Rubber ("we", "us") operates the TT Rubber mobile app for para rubber trading businesses. For privacy questions, contact us via LINE: natdanai.mungkung or phone: +66 99 223 3889.
2. What we collect
Account & authentication: email address and name (via Clerk or Google sign-in); a 9-digit PIN used by staff to sign in. Business & directory data: business name/settings, and farmer and factory contacts you enter. Trading records: rubber type, weight, price, deductions, payment method, and bank-transfer slips you create. Photos: images you capture for orders, stored on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Device data: device model, OS version, and a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token used to deliver notifications. Usage logs: basic app activity and crash reports to diagnose issues.
3. Why we use permissions
Camera / Photos: to capture order and receipt images. Bluetooth / Location: to discover and connect to Bluetooth/SmartPOS thermal printers (Android requires location for Bluetooth scanning). Notifications: to send real-time purchase alerts. We request these only when needed and do not use them for tracking.
4. How we use data
To provide the app (recording purchases, payments, stock, reports, printing, notifications), secure your account, and improve the service.
5. Third parties
Clerk (authentication), Google (sign-in), Firebase/FCM (notifications), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), and our backend hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Legal basis & your rights (PDPA)
Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your personal data, and request data portability. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request or account closure, except where law requires retention.
8. Children
The app is a business tool not directed at minors; we do not knowingly collect data from users under 20 without guardian consent.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by authentication and access controls.
10. Changes
We will post updates to this page and, where required, notify you in the app.
11. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data. If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion through the web form at /delete-account; we will process requests and permanently delete your data, except where law requires retention.
